Tequila, wait, I mean tokens.

Hey everybody, it’s going to be a little lighter of a post tonight. Probably with more spelling errors and maybe run on sentences. Lastly, I might not make any sense at all. So I guess like most of my posts.

I’d like to run an idea past you, and this is all I’m going to talk about so that I don’t distract you from this one thing.

A spreadsheet, a spreadsheet of every token I’ve released to date, and updated regularly when new packs are released. This sheet will have the name of the token, the pack that it appears in, a preview image and a column for simple tags. Oh and a column for creature type.

Silveressa has already spent about two weeks adding my current tokens int the sheet. It’s only around 3,700 entries. So it’s a lot of work. The idea is to make it easier to find obscure tokens. I realize that my release of tokens into the wild is somewhat chaotic. (I am sorry for that) So long story short, I would welcome any feedback you guys and gals might have for the spreadsheet. It’s my desire to make a copy available to anyone who would like it. I would also be happy to consider letting people submit an additions to the spreadsheet that might be helpful, I know some of you have already made the effort to tag your tokens, or some subset of them.

So please feel free to leave a comment or contact me with ideas. Silveressa is steaming ahead with the basic things I listed above and hopefully we will have something to show in a couple weeks.

I am not going to tell you how busy I am making tokens for all you wonderful people, stay focused. You guys are wonderful though, thanks for all the requests and all the patience you people have while waiting for your tokens to get made.

A Spreadsheet is nice because it is easy to expand upon. So additional columns could be such things as “Date Release”, “Time Released”, “Category”, “Color/Greyscale/B&W”, “Sketched”, “Annotated”, “Where Made”, “Who’s Your Daddy?”, and so on. (Well, the last is really a joke.) Why? Some are obvious, some are really for you only (like the “Where Made” – after all – there may be one place you really do a lot at). You might also make a “Journeys” column for places you’d like to go to get ideas from. Anyway – just a few things.

Yes Yes! A spreadsheet would be lovely, 🙂 I am quite an avid collector of your work and would greatly appreciate a resource that would help me and discovering missing pieces of your work.

  3. I would definitely use this.

Yeah, I think it will be very useful, and now that it’s getting previews added it’s going to be real nice for Dm’s or players to find the token they are looking for.

Sign me up! This idea is fantastic and something I would have used for years. Thank you for putting in this effort!

Yeah, props go to Silveressa for all of her work. I would not have had time to do this and make tokens.

That’d be great. It might just help me sift through the tokens I’ve already bought! Also, as a slight side note, I really appreciate your work. I found your worg tokens on syncrpg only a few days ago and am so glad to see you’re still putting out new stuff.

Yes, we want the list. Would we then be able to custom select the tokens we want, instead of having to buy a whole pack when we were only trying to get one or two out of the collection? I love all of your work and would be interested in hiring you to make 4 or 5 custom starfinder tokens if possible.

The spreadsheet may be the basis for a new store that allows purchasing individual tokens It’s a lot of work that Silveressa has taken on.
