I have uploaded new files for the free token pack alpha.
These new files have had all the excess padding removed and should be really close to square. There is one size now 400×400 px. If this is problematic I can add the lo-res files again.
The pack is now divided into two files. Both files are around 70mb.
I noticed when I tested it that Firefox shows that it immediately downloads instead of counting down the time. It was still working in the background and took about a minute to fully download.
